    Female thoughts and feelings  are more different from  men. Yes and the psychosomatic  functions of both sexes  differ greatly. Women tend to worry much about manay  things, they are emotional beings and they are always ahead in their thoughts, anticipating for  something alarming. What are the top fear bothering  most  women? Let's talk about  the main ones.


 Fear of  quickly growing  old.

1.           Many women are afraid of growing old, this are always very common in women from 30yrs-40years and above. Other related fear is as "Rhytiphobia" (fear of wrinkles), which can comes with the fear of growing old ( Gerascophobia) . Many women feel that old age, will make them lose their beauty, attention and even their spouse . But this fear can be overcome - is  all a matter  of simply  thinking  about life achievements and learn to  fill each days  with meaning.
        
        Fear of remaining alone. 

T         This kind of fear is also know has ‘’ Monophobia ".  which is very common in women, Some women are afraid of being apart from a particular person while others may be afraid of living alone or being in public places alone. Women are social creatures, and they feel  most comfortable when they their successes and challenges with someone they trust.
  
          Fear of being  sick.

1.          These kinds of fear is known as "hypochondria" (fear of getting sick) and "iatrogenic" (anxiety disorder because of the words of the doctor) is also more common in women. All because of their  excessive emotionality and sensibility, as well as their natural inclination to conjecture something. People especially women should not worry about this You just have to consult your doctor as soon as you notice something is wrong with you.

         Fear of pregnancy or   barrenness.
  
           This phobia is directly related to self-doubt, low self-esteem. There are Various psychological techniques to help cope with this kind of fear available online.

           Fear of certain animals and natural phenomena.

1.         E.g.  Mice, spiders, snakes, cockroach , storm - yes, anything can make  a woman panic. Psychologists have found that  90% of these phobias are associated with superstitious female beliefs , this has been too emphasize its vulnerability and this also affect 10% of men too – but  this  childish fears  have left  it "imprint" in the psyche of women the most.

         Fear of  betrayal

        Every woman is afraid of losing their  loved ones . I can boldly say that all women have some kind of betrayal phobia in them, but some women knows how to control this fear  more than the others. This is due to jealousy and  low self-esteem.

        Fear of condemnation.  

1.       Almost every girl/women I known are afraid of this, they are always troubled by  "What will people say?"  And this is affecting them in their daily life and when taking their own decisions. You don’t have to let other people control your life, just “like everyone else, " Your life is in your hands, and nobody has the right to manage it.

        Fear of the future.
 
         This kind of phobia is mainly found in Young children and women. Most people have at least one serious fear of the future, the kind that fills them with anxiety or terror. From visions of poverty, sickness, to losing a partner or a child.

      Fear of losing their job. 

1.        Ironically, women are more prone to the  fear of losing their jobs than men. And despite the fact that statistically stays that  women are much faster than men in getting a new job! The main thing is - do not panic in case of job loss, you will certainly  get a new and more suitable form of income and job.

      Fears for the future of  their  children.

1.        . This kind of fear is a part of the maternal instinct, is the natural state of every mother.
